* The 389th, 390th and 480th Tactical Fighter Squadrons were assigned to the 35th Tactical Fighter Wing at Da Nang.
The 35th Tactical Fighter Wing was redesignated the 366th Tactical Fighter Wing in October 1966.

AIM-7: Sparrow - long range, radar beam riding air-to-air missile; AIM-9: Sidewinder - mid-range, infrared, heat-seeking
