For those attending the Air Force Armament Museum Tour on Thursday
We will depart the Holiday Inn at 09:45 and arrive at the Museum at about 10:45. You will be free to look around the Museum, at your leisure, or join us on a guided tour. After the tour, you may continue around the Museum on your own, and/or visit the Cubi Bar Cafe. Departure will be at approximately 14:00, hopefully everyone has seen enough and will be ready to leave by then. For those who need, or may wish to use, a wheelchair they are provided complementary.
For those attending the National Naval Aviation Museum tour on Friday
The bus will begin loading at 09:45 and depart promptly at 10:00. Don't be late or you will miss the bus. The tour will last until 14:00. The most IMPORTENT INFORMATION: Everyone going to on this tour will be required to have a current Government Issued Photo ID, with them, to enter Naval Air Station Pensacola. VISITOR ID REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS TO NAS PENSACOLA In order to visit the Museum, the Department of the Navy requires a valid Department of Defense (DoD) ID card for any visitors to access NAS Pensacola. DoD ID card holders are allowed to escort up to 15 guests (limited to 2 vehicles) onto NAS Pensacola and to visit the Museum. Holders of a Veteran Health Identification Card that notes a service-connected disability may also access the air station and visit the museum. Visitors (16 years and older) must present valid identification for entry to the air station. Visitors riding motorcycles must wear a helmet, gloves, pants, a long sleeve shirt and hard sole shoes. Backpacks and similar items are not allowed in the Museum (exceptions are small diaper bags, purses, camera bags, fanny packs and medicine bags); all bags are subject to search by the NAS Base Security and or visible inspection by Museum staff or qualified volunteers. Concealed weapons are not allowed aboard NAS Pensacola.
