Lieutenant Colonel. Wheeler
A morning shot of about 30 P-47s lined up during Occupation with sun rays coming down. Lt. Baier says that it was the most peaceful morning and that more than any other time or anything else it finally sank in and said 'Yes,...the War is over'. He believes that shot was taken in Germany at Fritzlar, not Bindlach.
